Refund policy

Because all of The Kallista Collective items are made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds at this time.

Non-customized items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Non-expiring store credit
  • Another item of equal value

All customized or personalized items are final sale and are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless there is a defect or error on our end.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order. Shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. 

To request an exchange, please contact us through our Contact Page or by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please use the subject line: "Exchange: {Item Name}, {Date of Purchase}"

Please be sure to include a filled out version of this form in your package when shipped back.
